Success is a learning smart process

Successful people in all fields share similar qualities that move them up to the top -- desire, determination, drive and learning smart. Sam Walton learns smartly from his competitors and finally establishes Wal-Mart, the largest private employer in the world (with 1,140,000 associates in 1999). Dale Carnegie learns smartly from his failure and became a self-help pioneer in America with 50 millions copies of his books sold in dozens of languages and having taught more than 7 million people. Arthur Blank and Bernie Marcus learn smartly from the customers, the market and embrace changes to grow Home Depot to almost 800 stores and $30 billion in sales. John H. Johnson learns smartly through adversity and turns his Ebony magazine, with a circulation over 1.75 million in 2001, has been the No.1 black-oriented magazine for more than 50 years. All these successful business leaders have in common is they keep learning smartly, intelligently to increase their competition advantage for the future. They never stop learning from defeat, success, difficulty of their own or of other people, in order to accommodate future changes and stay on the top.

As the globalization in the 21st century, the anti-terrorist war launched in USA and the emerging economies in Asia of recent years, the global environment is changing dramatically. No matter how successful you or your business had been in the past, you should take a break now to think over your future again. To keep learning smartly to prepare the future change or you will be driven down from the top.

CCSMPA offers you an opportunity to learn smartly from helping other individuals or businesses and remain successful. Take or loose it, the choice is in your hand.
